IP.Board 3.x.x - Site ID not found

Problem:

I have either ordered or upgraded to IP.Board 3.x.x. When the ParaChat room loads, I see "Site ID not found" display in the chat window.

Solution:

Please log into your IPBoard Admin area. Under "My Apps" in the top navigation, click the "Chat Services" link. In the left navigation, click the "Manage ParaChat" link.

If your Site ID is above 20000 (or in the 3000 range)
In the "Account Specifics" section, input the following codebase URL into the "Custom Applet Codebase URL" field:

http://host9.parachat.com/pchat/applet

If your Site ID is below 20000 (or in the 2000 range)
In the "Account Specifics" section, input the following codebase URL into the "Custom Applet Codebase URL" field:

http://host7.parachat.com/pchat/applet

Save your edit. Reload the ParaChat web page in your web browser to connect to the ParaChat server.
