I see the "Site ID does not exist on the chat server" message in my chat window.

Solution:

Please log into your Invision Power Board's Admin CP, and click the Components tab. In the left navigation, click the "Chat Settings" link under "Invision Chat (ParaChat)". Within the "Custom Applet Codebase URL" field, input the following URL:

http://host7.parachat.com/pchat/applet

If you are implementing a ParaChat evaluation, input the following codebase URL instead:

http://server26.parachat.com/pchat/applet

Save your edit, and reload the ParaChat room in your message board.
