You may request changes to the following Access Rights for individual agent names:

Allowed To Edit Site Properties
Allowed To View Summary Tabs
Allowed To Edit Local Settings
Allowed To Chat
Allowed To Send Invites
Allowed To Send Click Fraud Notices
Allowed To Chat To Other Operators
Allowed To Monitor Other Chats

The default setting for each Access Right listed above for all agents is "Allowed". Please open a support ticket to request changes to the Access Rights for individual agents. Be certain to include the specific Access Rights you wish to disable with your request, accompanied by the agent name for whom the Access Rights should be disabled.
