Solution:

To request cancellation of your ParaChat LiveHelp service, please follow the steps below:

1. Log into your ParaChat billing account: https://secure.parachat.com

2. Click the "Get Support" icon at the top of the page.

3. Click the "I would like to request service termination" radio button, complete and submit the form.

As per the Software License Agreement to which you agreed, please be certain to submit your cancellation request at least 3 business days before your license renews to avoid an unwanted, non-refundable license fee from being processed.
