The webcam icon is not present in the chat window

Problem:

The video chat feature is active for my ParaChat service, but I do not see the webcam icon to initiate video chat.

Solution:

You may need to clear your web browser's cache of temporary Internet files, close all of your web browser windows, and load your ParaChat room in a new browser window before using this feature.

A one-to-one streaming video chat connection can be initiated between two consenting users by clicking the webcam icon in the private chat window's tool bar.
