As an existing customer, how can I add Secure Encyrpted Chat?

I already license a hosted ParaChat service for my web site. How can I add the Secure Encrypted Chat Module?

Solution:

The Secure Encrypted Chat Module is available with ParaChat Professional v7.5, ParaChat Enterprise v7.5, or ParaChat Event v7.5. To order the Module, please log into your service administration web page.

Upon receipt of your order, the fee for the Module will be billed to your account. The fee corresponds to your current license size, and interval. For example, if you have purchased a ParaChat Professional 50-user license on a monthly basis, the corresponding Module fee from the Module Price List would be listed as "For Pro 50 Monthly License", per month. Module fees are generally pro-rated so that they are processed at the same time as your software license fee.

Upon successful processing of the fee, the Module will be activated for your ParaChat service. A confirmation email will be issued to your ParaChat billing account email address once the Module has been activated.
