How can I add ParaChat to my MSN Group?

Problem:

I have an MSN Group, and I am unsure what the best way is to implement ParaChat with it?

Solution:

The best way to include a ParaChat room in your MSN Group is to log into your MSN Group as the Manager. Click the "Manager Tools" link, and follow the instructions for Option A or Option B below (or both):

A. Under "Manager Tools", click the "Add a page" link, and choose "A Custom Web Page"

- Click the "Use HTML to create your page" check box.

- For ParaChat Basic rooms, use the "Option 3: HTML Text Link Code" option to generate a text link to your ParaChat room:
http://www.parachat.com/basic/get-yours.html

- Copy the code, and add it as the content of the new MSN Groups page you created.

- For ParaChat Advanced and ParaChat Professional service levels (order now), please contact the ParaChat Support Team if you do not have a web site.

B. Under "Manager Tools", click the "Add a page" link, and choose "Create a Documents Folder"

- Create an HTML file on your computer's desktop that contains your ParaChat code, and save it as "chat.html". Contact our Support Team if you require help with this step.

- In your MSN Group, create a new folder under "Create a Documents Folder", and set the access permissions accordingly.

- Click the "Add File" link. View the contents of your computer's Desktop within the MSN Group's ActiveX window, and upload the "chat.html" file from your computer to your MSN Group.

- Any member of your MSN Group that can view Documents can now click on the "chat.html" link to open the chat room document. The document also has a default web address of:
http://www.msnusers.com/YOUR-GROUP-NAME/Documents/YOUR-FOLDER-NAME/chat.html

Replace "YOUR-GROUP-NAME" and "YOUR-FOLDER-NAME" in the link above with your actual MSN Group name and Folder name. You may bookmark the link for fast loading, or create other links to the chat document as needed throughout your MSN Group. If you see a message in the chat window that your ParaChat room has not been configured to operate on that web page, simply contact our Support Team to provide the link to your MSN Group's ParaChat room document so it can be added to your account.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

When you place an order for ParaChat service (order now), you will be asked to provide the "Domain where you will use ParaChat". The correct domain name to input into this field for your MSN Group is (replace "YOUR-GROUP-NAME" with your actual MSN Group name):
msnusers.com/YOUR-GROUP-NAME

For example, if your MSN Group is called "ParaChat" located at http://groups.msn.com/ParaChat, then the Domain name that you would input in the order form would be:
