Some Users See Error U825 When They Log in

Problem:

Some of my users see Error U825 when they try to log into my ParaChat room. What would be the cause, and how do I resolve it?

Solution:

Error U825 is a user authentication error. It either means that the user authentication URL that you have set for your ParaChat service is incorrect or invalid, or the user who sees this error is not part of the User Groups that you have selected to have permission to access the chat room. You may set User Group permissions from IPB Admin CP -> Components -> Invision Chat (ParaChat) -> Chat Settings under "Access Permissions".

If you are unable to resolve this issue, please contact the ParaChat Support Team and provide an admin name and password for your message board so that we may access the Components -> Invision Chat (ParaChat) area of the Admin CP to review your implementation.
