IPB 2.1.0: IP Chat (parachat) not working properly

Problem:

I upgraded to Invision Power Board v2.1.0, and my "Live Chat" option no longer functions.

Solution:

If you've recently upgraded to IPB 2.1.0 and find that no one can log into your Live Chat, download the zip file from the link posted below, unzip and upload the "chatauth.php" file into your forums' "retail" folder overwriting the one there.
