How can I unban a user's IP address (Hosted Solutions)

How can I unban a user's IP address that I banned from the chat room's Admin Console?

Solution:

To unban a banned IP address, log into your ParaChat service administration web page. Mouse-over the "Site Settings" tab and select "Security - Banned Lists" from the drop-down menu. Within the "Site-Wide Banned IPs" section, highlight and delete the IP address that you wish to unban. Click the "Save" button to save your edit.
