Flash document is not displaying

Problem:

I already have Flash installed, but a Flash document is not displaying. Instead, it says that I need to install Flash.

Solution:

To resolve this issue, uninstall Flash from your computer, and then re-install Flash. Please see this Adobe Knowlegebase article for more information:
