Error Code 9745 (Voice Chat and or Video Chat)

Problem:

Why do i get "Error Code 9745" when I load the voice chat and or  video chat web page?

Solution:

Error code 9745 means the broadcaster is no longer in the chat room, or the broadcaster has logged out, then logged in again.  The best fix is to get the broadcast URL again, and load it.
