Why do I see "Error JN763" when I log into a ParaChat room?

Solution:

Your IP address has been banned by the administrator of the ParaChat room that you are attempting to access. For information about why your IP address has been banned, you would need to contact the administrator of the ParaChat room, or the webmaster/owner of the web site that you are visiting. The web site that you are visiting has licensed ParaChat software, and as such, has control over banning and unbanning of IP addresses.
