Err P783 Access Denied. You are already logged in

Problem:

My Internet connection dropped off suddenly, and when I try to log back into the chat room, I see the following message:

Err P783 Access Denied. You are already logged in

When will I be able to reconnect using my user name?

Solution:

Your connection to ParaChat is a thread to the chat server process. A thread is severed when you 1) log off using the Log Off button, 2) close your web browser, and/or 3) use your web browser's Forward or Back button to navigate away from the web page. If your Internet connection is unstable, and your Internet connection drops for a few seconds, your thread to the chat server process may not disconnect immediately. The chat server will recognize such idle threads after a few minutes, and sever them automatically. In the interim, you may log into the chat room under a different user name.
