Solution:

Err 903 is a low memory or no connection error. The issue is that the chat applet either cannot create a new private chat window because of low memory resources on your computer, or that you have lost Internet connectivity so that the private chat window cannot launch. Wait a moment, then try to open a private chat window again once you have checked to make sure that your connection to the chat server is still active.
