Password prompt displays when I log into a ParaChat Basic room

Problem:

Why do I see a password prompt display when I try to log into a ParaChat Basic room, and what do I do to log into the chat room?

Solution:

ParaChat Basic chat rooms are connected to a global user database so that users may password protect their user names. If the user name that you input requires a password, it means that the user name has already been registered by another user. You may take any of the following actions:

1. Register your own user name (it's free!)

2. Click the "Enter Without Password" button in the password prompt, and your user name will be automatically appended with a unique suffix so you may gain access to the chat room with a user name that is similar to the original user name you wanted.

3. Upgrade the ParaChat Basic room to ParaChat Advanced. ParaChat Advanced rooms are not connected to the global member database, and any user name can gain access as a result. ParaChat Advanced also includes an optional integrated user database for free so that your own chatters can register to gain exclusive access to your own ParaChat Advanced room.
