To request cancellation of an optional, fee-based feature such as Secure Encrypted Chat, Voice Chat, Video Chat or Preview Auto-Refresh, from your ParaChat service, please follow the steps below:

1. Log into your ParaChat service administration web page (How to log in)

2. Click the "HELP" tab at the top of the page.

3. Under "Support" in the left navigation, click the "Open A Ticket" link.

4. Click the "Remove An Optional Feature" link, complete and submit the form by clicking the "Submit Ticket" link.

As per the Software License Agreement to which you agreed, please be certain to submit your cancellation request at least 3 business days before your license renews to avoid an unwanted, non-refundable license fee from being processed.
