How Can I View My Recurring License Fee That Is Charged Each Billing Cycle?

I want to check the license fee that I am paying each billing cycle, but I don't know where to look.

Solution:

Log into your billing account. Mouse-over the My Chat icon at the top of the page, and click "Packages". In the page that displays, click on the link for your Active chat package, and then look at "Price per Cycle". If you have any questions, click the Get Support icon at the top of the page to contact our Support Team.
