Submitting requests for service cancellation (Community Chat Services)

How do I request cancellation of my ParaChat Community Chat service?

Solution:

To request cancellation of your ParaChat service, please follow the steps below:

Step 1. Log into your ParaChat service administration web page using a site admin user name. Your Service Admin Pages log-in area looks like the image below. (How to log in)



Step 2. Click the "Support" tab at the top of the page.



Step 3. Under "Open A Support Ticket - Select A Ticket Type " and within the "Contact ParaChat" box, click the "Request Chat Service Cancellation" link.



Step 4. Complete and submit the form by clicking the "Cancel My Service" button.

As per the Software License Agreement to which you agreed, please be certain to submit your cancellation request at least 3 business days before your license renews to avoid an unwanted, non-refundable license fee from being processed.
