How do i get a password to access my billing account?

If you do not have your password to access your billing account, please visit:
https://secure.parachat.com/bill

Click the "Send Me A Password" link. Enter the email address that you used to place your ParaChat order into the field provided, and a billing account password will be sent to that email address.
